"My thoughts on practicing Yoga is that your practice will transform you; not suddenly so that you can't understand or incorporate your changes but bit by bit, day by day and practice by practice - like a tight flower bud blossoming into fullness. Confidence and self assurance grow. Breathing slows and your physical and emotional body changes. Stillness happens. Quieting of the mind happens. Peace happens. Your understanding that all is one deepens and broadens because you begin to see yourself in all others. Forgivness happens. Life becomes easier because your Yoga practice helps to release the clutter in your mind and develp new coping skills so you can traverse life's challenges in a healthier way. And, it is through daily, consistant and honest practice that these skills are honed. Yoga unites body and mind through the Divine and your ability to recognize that divinty in all creation is enhanced.

Yoga chooses you. Welcome to the ancient art and science of Yoga - may your practice bring you home. There are many who have influenced my practice and given much clarity however, I believe my students to be my greatest giver of insight!"

Lea has taken workshops with TKV Desikachar, Manjou Jois, Manorma, Kofi Busia, and is currently enrolled with Namaste USA studying the Scaravelli Method to obtain her RYT 500 and sincerely believes students are her best teachers.
