Brook has been a student of yoga for since 2001, and began teaching in 2004. A dancer since the age of four, the step to yoga was only natural. She was lucky enough to take from an amazing instructor teaching at a local gym in Dallas, and she was hooked. After taking for a short time, she wanted to know all about it, and during her journey to find out why this form of exercise made her feel so amazing and strong, she started to see the changes in her life.

“Yoga is more than an exercise. It gets into you at the very core of your being. It helps you to connect to something bigger than yourself, and in turn it helps you release not only your physical baggage (fat/toxins) but your emotional baggage is stripped away along with your ego. It’s not something you can explain to someone with words or with demonstration. You just have to get on your yoga mat, get real, and feel it for yourself."
